The room was in great condition and clean. The pool was pretty good but was showing its age in some places. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a paid laundry facility which was a great amenity. We didn’t hang out in the lobby but it was designed to be inviting. We also did not partake in breakfast so I have no opinion on that. It is located next to a Home Depot so you aren’t staying there for the view, but it was located near a lot of other shopping and dining options as well as near enough to downtown Plymouth if you are sight seeing.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean, carpets could use an update but other than that amenities were good. Saltwater pool was nice. Will stay again
Our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Plymouth, Mass. was a very positive one. We stayed for three nights. The room was very nice, and the lobby was well stocked with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, at all hours. I want to especially thank the night receptionist, John L for the several interactions that we had during our stay. He was attentive to our needs, very personable, and definitely showed that he liked being at the front desk. The next time we are in Plymouth, we will again stay at this hotel. Absolutely loved this hotel stay! The guy at the front desk was incredibly nice, complementary waters and coffee everywhere, made to order breakfast with the nicest service! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!
This hotel is very clean very nice and the shower is top notch!!! Staff is amazing. We had a votcher for breakfast just wish breakfast was free for the price breakfast was great but other than that.. everything was great!!! Thank you for a goodnight sleep. Will be returning in the future.
The location was excellent, offering convenient access to numerous stores and food services. The staff members were abundant and exceptionally friendly. Our room was both clean and spacious, and we were pleased to find complimentary water along with a thoughtful note. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Quality hotel. Very clean, comfy beds, free parking, located near a fair amount of restaurants. Staff are friendly and there is free water and coffee all day in lobby. Water pressure in shower is good as well. Not fancy but gets the job done!
